The practice is currently involved in the redevelopment of an existing 1960's housing estate for Mount Green Housing Association. After extensive consultation with the Housing Association and their residents, the practice is continuing to prepare designs to enable the redevelopment of the estate to provide an additional 45 dwellings. The designs will enable the Association to maximise the use of previously under-used land and help deal with problematic areas of the estate which have suffered from Anti Social Behaviour. The whole scheme has been developed on a phased basis to assist with decanting the residents and to minimise disturbance.

The scheme is currently undergoing extensive consultation with the Local Authority and a Planning Application is due to be submitted soon.
