JANUARY 2 0 0 9 NORFOLK WAY GAINS PLANNING PERMISSION Cowan Architects has recently obtained Planning Permission for a new residential development in the centre of Uckfield. Located on the site of a former Builders Yard the practice has designed a development of 9 new dwellings which comprises a mixture of 1-bed and 2-bed flats. The flats have been designed in two separate blocks around a central courtyard which provides off street car and cycle parking. The practice has been appointed for the next stage of the works with construction to commence later this year.
