OCTOBER 2 0 0 9 REIGATE ESTATE GETS PLANNING APPROVAL The practice is currently involved in the redevelopment of an existing 1960's housing estate for Mount Green Housing Association. After extensive consultation with the Housing Association, their residents and the local authority, the practice has recently received planning approval for 12 new flats with associated landscaping and car parking. The new buildings replace an existing garage court on the estate and are part of a larger master plan for the redevelopment of the estate.
