The Royal Tunbridge Wells Civic Society awarded Cowan Architects Ltd a Commendation for a development in Tunbridge Wells.

Quantock Close is a development of 14 two, three and four bedroom houses designed by Cowan Architects for Town and Country Housing Group. Two of the houses are adapted for wheelchair users. The scheme includes a small, protected nature area.
