The practice has significant experience across many areas of work, whilst the proven track record for residential and healthcare work has resulted in an additional speciality with the directors acting as Expert Witnesses on disability needs in High Court cases.

The practice designs special-needs housing for a number of organisations that provide care and residential accommodation for people with physical and learning disabilities. The schemes are tailored to our client group’s specific requirements, which often include reduced mobility. Working with the service provider, we pay particular attention to creating proposals that allow the residents as much independence as possible, whilst providing efficient innovative solutions for the accommodation of the supporting functions of the unit.
